Im Dezember 2018 begannen die Arbeiten in einem Kooperationsprojekt der Herzog August Bibliothek mit den Bodleian Libraries Oxford. Gefördert von der Polonsky Foundation werden in beiden Bibliotheken mehrere Hundert mittelalterliche Handschriften aus deutschen Klosterbibliotheken digitalisiert und mit Erschließungsdaten frei verfügbar online gestellt.
